What are your hours of operation?

Our office and warehouse hours are:

Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM EST to 4:30 PM EST, excluding holidays.

What is your address?

We are located at 15 Kent Road, Aston, Pennsylvania 19014.

We do not have an accessible store front; this location is our corporate headquarters and warehouse.

What is the minimum order fee?

Orders of less than $150.00 may be subject to a $15.00 special handling fee

What if I need to order a product that is not currently shown on the website or catalog?

SECO has access and purchasing power to a wide assortment of manufacturers that are leveraged to provide you with the exact product for your business needs.

Please contact your sales representative or customer service today.

What is the cut off time for receiving next day orders?

For next day delivery, when available, the cut off time is 12 PM EST.

We do not ship hazardous materials via air.

How do I place orders?

How do I request Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?

You can locate the Safety Data Sheets on the product detail page of our website.

If for some reason you cannot find the SDS there, please email your request to our Customer Service Team at cs@seco.us.

In case of an emergency, call ChemTel Inc at 800-255-3924.

What if I forgot to add an item to my cart after placing my order?

Please contact Customer Service at cs@seco.us.

We will make every effort to include the missing item in your original order.

Can I order from a mobile phone or tablet?

Yes. We have created a responsive designed eCommerce website that allows customers to browse and order from any mobile phone or tablet.

What happens if I forget my password, how do I reset it?

Located at the top right side of our website, you will select the Sign In link.

Once selected, you will click on the Forgot Password.

Please type in your email address as both the username and email address for your account, then select Retrieve Password button.

You will be sent an email with a link for resetting your password.

Once you have created a new password, you will be able to log in with your new credentials.

What is your return policy?

All returns must have an RGA provided by SECO Customer Service within 7 days of ship date.

Product must be in its original factory sealed condition.

Is there a restocking fee for returned items?

Yes. Our normal restocking fee is at a minimum rate of 30%.

How do I request an online account with SECO?

Existing and new SECO customers have the ability to create an online account from our website.

To register for an account, visit the Register link in the upper right corner of our website.

Current customers choose Current Customer Registration or new customers choose New Commercial Account.

Once selected, please complete at a minimum the required fields.

You will receive a follow-up email confirming your new account.
