Get rid of detergent bubbles in your microplate assays

We picked up this hack from some customers in Maryland.

Popping detergent bubbles with needles or pipette tips takes a ton of time. You're hunched over. Getting a headache. So take the straw from a squeeze bottle and fill the bottle 1/3 of the way with ethanol. Gently blow the ethanol vapor over you wells/bubbles. They disappear as the vapor breaks the surface tension.
