Step 2: Select and order the appropriate Recertification & Recalibration product(s) for the thermometers you need recalibrated and recertified from the selection below.

Step 3: Once you receive your order confirmation all you have to do is pack your thermometers & ship them to the provided address on the form. Make sure to include a printed copy of your form with your package.
